Free tubeless conversion disclaimer
Midstream Cycles offers a free tubeless conversion on the sale of all new new mountain bikes. Should your tires not be tubeless compatible, we recommend that you purchase tubeless compatible tires. Midstream Cycles will not be liable for the cost of tubeless convertible tires.
Shipping disclaimer
Midstream Cycles uses 3rd Party Couriers for deliveries. Products in store will take approximately 1 – 3 working days to be delivered. Products not in store will take approximately 2 – 6 working days to be delivered, if supplier has stock. Midstream Cycles will not be held liable for any delays in deliveries by the 3rd Party Couriers.
Second hand bike disclaimer
The condition of our second hand bikes may vary. If you purchase a second hand bike and you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the bike to Midstream Cycles. Please note that our second hand bikes do not come with a warranty.
Warranty Disclaimer
Warranties on all products lies with the specific supplier of the product and not with Midstream Cycles as a store. The warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable. We will require a proof of purchase to process any warranty claims for products purchased from Midstream Cycles. All warranties will be reviewed by the supplier and replacement of products cannot be guaranteed. Products may be replaced with a product of a similar quality. Non-defective products will not be eligible for warranties. Replacing a warranty item does not include labour charges (these charges will be billed separately). You are responsible for any shipping cost of the warranty product to Midstream Cycles. Product failure due to a crash or fall will not be covered under the warranty process.
